Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adult patients undergoing radiotherapy or concurrent chemo-radiotherapy for Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma 2. Aged 30- 90 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Non Squamous Head and Neck cancers, patients not giving consent for the treatment 2. Patients with severe acid-peptic disease 3. Patients with distant metastasis 4. Patients with recurrent tumors
