Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 2. Healthcare professionals working with patients with chronic respiratory disease 3. Hospital administrators

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anyone unable to provide written informed consent
