Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy male individuals aspiring to become civil aviation pilots and currently enrolled in a university-level aviation training program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical history of chronic conditions, including type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, or any other illnesses or abnormalities that could potentially impact exercise performance 2. Obesity (defined as a BMI exceeding 35 kg/m²) 3. Classified as highly active according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ)
