Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult smokers (at least 1 cigarette per day) attending an outpatient vascular clinic at Guy's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to give informed consent 2. Understand the questionnaire or the nature of the ultrasound
