Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females 2. Aged over 40 years 3. Previously participated in the New Delhi and Vellore Birth Cohorts
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with history or on active treatment for chronic kidney disease or cancer.
