Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy Caucasian males and females 2. Runners or triathletes 3. Age =18 years 4. Subjects who did not participated in similar studies in the last 3 months 5. Absence of eating disorders 6. Subjects informed about the procedures and who have signed an informed consent appropriately prepared by the proponents 7. Subjects usually train at least 2 times a week for at least 12 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects that do not meet the inclusion criteria 2. Currently pregnant
