Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over 2. Licensed nurse 3. Participant in transition-to-practice program for newly licenced nurses
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not newly registered nurse participating in the transition-to-practice program
