Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 16 and 18 years 2. Attending school or college 3. Sufficient English to complete assessment 4. Seeking psychological help for stress 5. Able to attend the DISCOVER workshop on school premises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Identified as actively suicidal (through risk assessment) 2. Current involvement with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services 3, Severe learning difficulties or psychosis
