Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Homeless adult 2. Previous overdose 3. Previous trouble with the police

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Living in residential accommodation with 24-hour medical care 2. Posing a safety risk to self/others 3. Lacking the capacity to consent (although if due to intoxication, researchers may offer recruitment at a later date)
