Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Incurable cancer diagnosis 2. Received a referral to specialist hospice day or community care services 3. Life expectancy of 4 months or more 4. Over 16 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 16 years of age 2. Referred to palliative care for a diagnosis other than cancer 3. Receiving cancer treatment with curative intent 4. Life expectancy of less than 4 months
