Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-30 years 2. Non-smokers 3. No disease or medication affecting cardiovascular or autonomic regulation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI greater than 30 kg.m-2 2. Competition athletes 3. Individuals with a daily exercise workload exceeding 60 min per day
