Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65–85 years with cognitive impairment ranging from mild cognitive impairment to mild/moderate dementia, as assessed by the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) scale (scores 0.5–2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. CDR scores 2 2. Recent stroke or transient ischemic attack 3. Unstable heart disease 4. Renal and hepatic failure 5. Oncologic patients 6. Inability to provide consent or refusing to provide informed consent
