Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 years or above 2. Rural dwellers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any reason that may either put the participant at risk because of participation in the trial, or the participant’s ability to participate in the trial (e.g. dementia or end-stage cancer).
