Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed allergic rhinitis 2. At least 18 years old 3. Sufficient German language skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Diabetes 3. Any mental or neurological illness 4. Lactose intolerance
