Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women between 12 and 28 weeks of gestation in April 2022 (delivery between 1 May 2022 and 26 October 2022) for the follow-up data collection and women who delivered between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020 for the baseline data collection 2. Aged between 15 and 49 years 3. Living in the Ermera municipality 4. Receiving care at a participating health facility

Exclusion criteria: Women who did not receive antenatal care at a health facility
