Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Age =18 years 2. Diagnosis of liver cirrhosis 3. Planned follow-up at one of the two study clinics Registered nurses: 1. Registered nurses that are users of the Care plan liver cirrhosis at Swedish hospitals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Persistent overt hepatic encephalopathy
