Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligible for and attending for a LDCT scan as part of the NHS Lung cancer screening programme 2. Ability to understand the study procedures and provide written informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participant with a contraindication for study procedures or sampling in the opinion of the investigator or research team 2. The absence/withdrawal of consent
