Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hong Kong senior secondary students, aged between 15 and 18 years 2. Ability to understand and communicate in Cantonese 3. Suitable and able to perform activities in groups during the course of the 6-week program
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with a mood disorder, an anxiety disorder, or any other psychiatric disorder that required medical treatment, or a professional intervention during the past 12 months (They were referred to professional services.) 2. Other medical conditions that are likely to limit group participation during the course of the 6-week program
