18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years 2. Radiologically or histologically confirmed HCC 3. Planned initiation of atezolizumab-bevacizumab 4. At least one measurable lesion suitable for biopsy 5. Child-Pugh A or stable B7 6. Able to undergo MRI/MRE

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to MRI 2. Severe coagulopathy precluding biopsy 3. Prior liver transplant 4. Active uncontrolled infection 5. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) >2 6. Pregnancy or lactation
