Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. MHD duration of more than 6 months 2. Independent in daily activities 3. Receiving regular HD sessions three times per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fractures, spinal deformities, or impaired self-care ability 2. History of severe hepatic, pulmonary, or neurological diseases 3. Body mass index (BMI) <18.5 kg/m² (underweight)

Achievement rate of dry weight measured using thoracic bioelectrical impedance analysis (NICaS BIA) at baseline and 3-month follow-up

Incidence of intradialytic hypotension (IDH) measured using real-time bedside blood pressure monitoring at each 4-hour dialysis session over 3 months;Overhydration (OH), total body water (TBW), extracellular water (ECW), intracellular water (ICW), ECW/TBW and ECW/ICW ratios measured using NICaS BIA at baseline and 3-month follow-up;Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and mean arterial pressure (MAP) measured using electronic sphygmomanometer at dialysis initiation, end of ultrafiltration and completion of blood reinfusion per session;Mean ultrafiltration volume and relative blood volume (RBV) fluctuation measured using Fresenius 4008S dialysis machine BVM monitoring system at each dialysis session for 3 months
