Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe cGVHD dry eye subjects with fibrotic lid changes and trichiasis refractory to treatment with non-preserved artificial tears 2. Autologous serum eye drops 3. Bilateral punctal occlusion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mild cGVHD patients 2. cGVHD
