Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Admission at one of the participating departments 2. Informed consent 3. Duration of admission at least three days maximally a month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 18 years 2. Patients who are emotionally or physically not capable to participate 3. Senile dementia, confusion of the patient 4. Inability to express in Dutch language
