Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Within the twelve participating schools: 1. All year 6 children were invited to take part 2. All children with informed parental consent, participant assent and medical screening were eligible to take part
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children without parental consent, participant assent or those with a medical condition that precluded them from taking part in the programme
