Interventions
Participants will be randomly allocated to one of four interventions. Each of the interventions will consist of six individual sessions of psychological treatment. The interventions will be manualised

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and over 2. Wish to receive treatment for their gambling problem 3. Can communicate in the English language
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to understand and provide informed consent 2. Currently receiving other treatments for their gambling problems or have received such treatment in the past 12 months from a counsellor or therapist 3. At risk of self-harm
