Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of obsessive-compulsive disorder based on DSM-5 criteria by a psychologist Having at least a high school diploma to understand questionnaires and therapy sessions Not participating in other similar psychological treatments, such as ACT, at the same time
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having other severe psychiatric disorders, such as schizophrenia, severe bipolar disorder, or psychotic disorders Having a cognitive disability or severe physical problems that prevent effective participation in therapy sessions Use of psychiatric medications before the start of the study
