Interventions

Intervention 1: First Intervention Group: Receiving saffron supplement, in this group, saffron supplement will be administered as 2 capsules per day, each containing 25 mg, for a duration of 12 weeks.

Inclusion criteria: Having a job history Being in good general health Not consuming alcohol or drugs Not taking specific medications

Exclusion criteria: Severe side effects Discontinuation of study participation Changes in job conditions Alcohol or drug use

Blood lead levels. Timepoint: 3 months after supplement prescription. Method of measurement: Measurement of blood lead level using atomic absorption spectrophotometry.;And oxidative stress factors. Timepoint: 3 months after supplement prescription. Method of measurement: and assessment of oxidative stress factors by assay kits.
