Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Not having cardiovascular disease Not having mental illnesses not using cigarettes or other drugs Male gender aged 12-19 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Voluntary withdrawal of the participant at any stage of the study Non-cooperation or inability to continue the running test Occurrence of pain, injury, shortness of breath, dizziness, or any physical adverse effect during the test Failure to follow the study instructions, such as removing the headphones, changing the music, or stopping the test Absence from the main test session or incomplete data
