Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 50 Need for upper or lower limb rehabilitation (diagnosis by a specialist) Full alertness and ability to understand commands (MMSE > 21).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe spasticity (Ashworth score > 3) Open wound, infection, or unhealed fracture in the target organ

MeasureTime frame
Number of undesired movement in any robotic joints. Timepoint: When each rehabilitation session with the robot ends. Method of measurement: Counting the number of undesired movement. One counter for each new movement.;Robot initial setup time (in minute). Timepoint: at each rehab session and after end-effector connection. Method of measurement: In each session, the time between turning the system on by the therapist and connecting the robot end effectors to the desired joint is measured by a stopwatch and recorded in minutes.;System useability. Timepoint: after each session. Method of measurement: Based on a 5-choice Likert questionnaire.;Joint rotation angle (in degree). Timepoint: In each session. Method of measurement: In each training session, the occupational therapist selects the desired joint motion angle in the graphical environment and the robot performs that motion. After the robot performs the movement on the limb, this angle is measured by the goniometer and the robot's encoder data and compared with the value recorded by the occupational therapist.;Complications. Timepoint: after each session ends. Method of measurement: Based on the opinion of the occupational therapist and upon observation of any pain, redness, or bruising of the limb being exercised.;Patient satisfaction. Timepoint: after each session. Method of measurement: Based on a patient satisfaction questionnaire designed based on 5-point Likert questions.
