Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed by a psychiatrist with opioid use disorder according to DSM5 hospitalized for substance use disorder in Ebn Sina hospital having sleep disorder ( more than 10 score on ISI test) age 18 to 50 years old Capability of participating in group sessions Completion of Lower Secondary School Written Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe concurrent psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia or uncontrolled bipolar disorder). Cognitive impairments that prevent adequate understanding or participation in the sessions. Use of benzodiazepines, barbiturates, or sedating antipsychotics. Unwillingness to continue participation at any stage of the study. Early discharge or changes in treatment status that prevent continuation of longitudinal assessments. Failure to complete the questionnaires.

Duration of opioid abstinence maintenance. Timepoint: before intervention and 1, 3 months after intervention.
