Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being between 15 and 18 years old Having a moderate level of anxiety based on the Beck Anxiety Inventory Providing informed consent from both the parents and the student to participate in the educational sessions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having psychological problems Having physical problems that interfere with the research process Taking psychiatric medications Using psychoactive or narcotic drugs

Method of measurement: Mehrabian and Epstein Emotional Empathy Questionnaire (1972).;Attachment injuries. Timepoint: before performing the intervention and two weeks after completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Vulnerable Attachment Style Questionnaire (Bifiolko et al., 2003).;Mental wandering. Timepoint: before performing the intervention and two weeks after completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Mind-Wandering Questionnaire by Mrazek et al. (2013).
