Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be between 25 and 55 years old Have at least 5 years of marital life Have at least one child Obtain a score above the mean on the Couples’ Communication Problems Scale Have at least a high school diploma Be willing to cooperate and participate in couples therapy sessions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having psychological disorders and using psychiatric medications Having physical problems that interfere with the intervention process Having a history of substance or psychotropic drug use
