Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be between 25 and 50 years of age. At least 3 years must have passed since the beginning of their married life. They must be seeking divorce. They must have at least a high school diploma. They must be willing to cooperate and participate in couples therapy sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having psychological disorders or using psychiatric medications. Having physical problems that may interfere with the intervention process.
