Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Written informed consent No contraindication to CoQ10 (such as known hypersensitivity) No history of CoQ10 supplement use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with renal failure with GFR > 30 mL/min/1.73 m² or a history of dialysis Severe hepatic failure Active malignancy Anemia with hemoglobin level less than 10 g/dL Age over 75 years Heart failure with ejection fraction (EF) less than 30% Mean arterial pressure (MAP) less than 70 mmHg before contrast administration History of hypersensitivity to contrast medium History of recent contrast medium administration

MeasureTime frame
No increase in serum creatinine. Timepoint: Measurement of serum creatinine before angiography and 72 hours after angiography. Method of measurement: Blood test.
