Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being male Having a body mass index within the overweight and obesity range Age range between 30 and 55 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of regular exercise (at least in the past six months) Use of tobacco, alcohol, or narcotic drugs Use of any specific medications or dietary supplements in the past six months A history of chronic diseases (cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, renal, hepatic, metabolic, psychiatric, etc.) that would preclude fasting The presence of any musculoskeletal injury within the past six months that would prevent participation in physical exercise Concurrent participation in other training programs or similar research studies
