Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 and 50 years Female gender Diagnosis of prediabetes based on standard criteria Presence of abdominal obesity based on waist circumference No regular exercise program during the past 3 months No use of antioxidant supplements or glucose metabolism affecting drugs Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of diabetes or use of glucose-lowering medications Cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, or severe chronic diseases Use of antioxidant or similar herbal supplements during the past 3 months Regular exercise training during the past 3 months Smoking or alcohol consumption Allergy to the study supplement Unwillingness to participate in the study

Plasma GLP-1 levels. Timepoint: Before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: It will be measured using blood sampling and laboratory methods.;Fasting glucose.
