Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range: 18 - 28 years Normal Body Mass Index No regular aerobic or endurance training in the past 6 months No history of cardiovascular - metabolic and neurological diseases No musculoskeletal injuries No use of tobacco - medications or supplements that could affect research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: failure to adhere to training protocol absence from training sessions injury occurring during the protocol

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure. Timepoint: immediately beforeexercise and 1-3-5-7-10-15-20-25-30 minutes after exercise. Method of measurement: omron automatic blood pressure monitor.;Rate of perceived exertion. Timepoint: before intervention and every 3 minutes until volitional exhaustion. Method of measurement: the 14-point Borg scale.;Time to exhaustion. Timepoint: Time to exhaustion was calculated from the onset of cycling until the participant failed to maintain the required candence for the third time.
