Intervention 1: Intervention group: Participants in this group will receive group-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The intervention consists of eight weekly sessions lasting 60 minutes each,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders Age 12 to 18 years Parental consent Availability of the individual

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe psychiatric disorders such as psychotic disorders or bipolar disorder based on medical records or clinical assessment Cognitive or intellectual impairment that interferes with understanding or participation in cognitive behavioral therapy sessions Concurrent participation in structured psychological therapy similar to the intervention at the time of enrollment Changes in psychiatric medication within the past four weeks Presence of severe or unstable medical illness that prevents participation in therapy sessions Lack of informed consent from the legal guardian or the adolescent participant
