Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or older Undergoing active chemotherapy or receiving cancer-related adjuvant therapy, preferably near the final sessions of treatment Physical ability to attend intervention sessions and complete questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Psychosis or active suicidal ideation as determined by a physician or documented in medical records Concurrent participation in other mental healthcare programs such as active meditation, yoga, or therapy Participation in relaxation interventions or psychological counseling within the past three months
