Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a Healthcare Record in Comprehensive Health Service Centers Visiting Comprehensive Health Service Centers for Postpartum Care between 10 to 15 Days after Delivery Having a Healthy Full-Term Singleton Newborn, Born at 37 to 42 Weeks of Gestation, with a Normal Birth Weight of 2,500 to 4,000 Grams Being Married Age 18 Years or Older The Ability to Read and Write Receiving a Score of Less than 13 on The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale during Initial Screening. Ownership of a Smartphone and The Mother's Ability to Independently Use Applications Informed Consent and Voluntary Participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History or Current Sufferance of Severe Mental Disorders, as Reported by Self or Records History of Suicide or Previous Attempt (Based on Self-Report or Records) History of Brain Injury, Intellectual Disability, or Cognitive Impairment that Would Prevent Participation Current Use of Antidepressants or Other Psychotropic Medications that Affect Mood Substance or Alcohol Abuse in The Past 12 Months (Based on Self-Report or Records) Experience of a Stressful Event in The Past 6 Months Presence of Severe Marital Conflicts (Based on Self-Report) The Existence of Maternal Illnesses that Prevent Breastfeeding Maternal Medication Use that Affects Breastfeeding
