Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being at least 15 and at most 17 years old Having an informed consent form signed by both the parents and the student to participate in the training sessions Studying in the same selected schools during the research period
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having psychological problems Having physical problems that interfere with the research process Taking psychiatric medications Using psychoactive or narcotic drugs
