Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: the participant must be the primary family caregiver of a patient with cancer the participant must be 18 years of age or older the participant must provide informed consent to participate in the study the participant must not have any diagnosed psychological disorders the participant must have been the primary caregiver for at least three months at least three months must have passed since the patients cancer diagnosis the patient must have stage ||| or |V cancer or a high risk of mortality the patients resilience score must be less than 50
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Death of the patient Diagnosis of a new or severe illness in the caregiver Failure to complete mandala coloring for one consecutive week or on three occasions during the entire study Occurrence of a crisis for the caregiver during the intervention, such as the death of a close relative Untreated grief within the past 6 months Change of the primary caregiver Failure to submit the completed colored designs
