Determining the differential effect of Gestalt and emotion-focused couple therapy on marital satisfaction:This study will compare and determine the effect of each therapeutic approach on increasing marital satisfaction, and determine which approach is more effective in improving this variable.Evaluating the effect of interventions on marital adjustment:This study will examine the differences in improving couples' adjustment and harmony in the study groups, and determine which treatment has the greatest effect on promoting this component.Evaluating the effect of treatments on emotional intimacy:Another goal is to measure the effect of each therapeutic approach on increasing the level of emotional intimacy in conflicted couples, the results of which can be an effective guide for psychologists and family counselors. Timepoint: monthly. Method of measurement: 1. Measurement tools: Questionnaire: A specialized questionnaire designed to measure marital satisfaction, marital adjustment, and emotional intimacy. Structured interviews: In-depth conversations with couples to collect data and better understand problems. 2. Methods: Quantitative analysis: Using numerical scores and weights to examine changes and effects of treatments. Qualitative analysis: Examining interview responses to discover patterns and emotional themes. 3. Time period: Assessment at different stages (before, during, and after treatment) to examine long-term effects.
