Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers of children diagnosed with leukemia, based on the opinion of an oncologist, within the last 6 months to a year According to the Kendall Chronic Grief Questionnaire, the mother has chronic grief (score of 39 or higher) Mothers' physical and cognitive ability to participate in educational sessions and perform Benson exercises The mother has not faced any psychological crises (divorce, death of a spouse or other child or immediate family member) within the past six months Mother's absence of mental illness Mother's lack of participation in other calming programs

Determining and comparing the mean chronic grief score of mothers of children with leukemia, before the intervention between the two experimental and control groups 2- Determining and comparing the mean chronic grief score of mothers of children with leukemia, after the intervention between the two experimental and control groups 3- Determining and comparing the mean changes (before-after) in the chronic grief score of mothers of children with leukemia, within the group and between the two experimental and control groups. Timepoint: Before the start of the study and 4 weeks after training and implementing the Benson relaxation method. Method of measurement: Kendall Chronic sorrow Questionnaire.
