Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or older. Physical stability and ability to participate in virtual meaning-centered therapy sessions, as determined by the treatment team Ability to communicate verbally and in writing Having at least a minimum level of literacy to understand the content of the sessions and complete the study questionnaires Access to a mobile phone or digital device for the intervention (voice calls, voice messages, or text messages). Stable internet access and use of at least one virtual messenger capable of receiving and playing audio and video files related to the intervention (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Eitaa, Bale, Soroush, or similar applications).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of diagnosed severe psychiatric disorders. Presence of other types of cancer, as determined by a physician. Significant medical conditions or physical instability that prevent participation in the intervention. Prior history of meaning-centered psychotherapy or any other psychological intervention.
