Conditions

cesarean section. Onset (spontaneous) of labor after 37 completed weeks of gestation but before 39 completed weeks gestation, with delivery by (planned) cesarean section

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 12mg of 0.5% bupivacaine will be injected intrathecally. in addition, bilateral TFP block will be performed using 20cc of 0.25 ropivacaine and 0.5µg/kg of dexmedeto

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers who are candidates for elective cesarean section for the first and second time for singletons Consent to participate in the study ASA class 1 and 2 BMI above than 18 and less than 35 Age over 20 years and under 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications for spinal anesthesia addiction history history of depressive disorders history of chronic analgesics use history of allergy to prescription drugs
