Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 30-60 years presence of laboratory evidence confirming pre-diabetes diagnosis ( FBS:100-125 mg/dl , HbA1c: 5/7% - 6/4%) within the past 45 days willingness to participate in the study and completion of the informed consent form. no use of any herbal or pharmaceutical blood glucose-controlling medicine ability to read and write ability to use national social media platforms and apps. no pregnant or breastfeeding ( for female)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-diabetic individuals using any weight-loss medications Diagnosis of type 1 or 2 diabetes Presence of any chronic disease , specialized care or long-term medication use necessity sever or significant physical activity limitation any surgical procedure within the last 3 months Inability to attend study sessions due to personal or logistical limitations lack of confidence in ability to participate and complete the questionnaire and doing exercises No concerns about diabetes or personal/family relevance to diabetic people

The score of prediabetic's self-management questionnaire based on Health Preservation principles in Persian Medicine. (Note: No original or translated questionnaire exists for prediabetic individuals in Iran. Therefore, prior to the intervention, the design, development, and validation of a self-management questionnaire for prediabetic individuals based on self-care principles in Persian Medicine will be conducted.). Timepoint: 3 times: baseline,2 months later(training completed), and 4 months later(end of study). Method of measurement: Pre-Diabetic's Self-Management Questionnaire Based on Health Preservation Principles in Persian Medicine.

Fasting blood sugar level(FBS). Timepoint: 3 times: baseline,2 months, and 4 months later. Method of measurement: subject's blood test.;Percentage of Glycated hemoglobin (average blood sugar over the past 3 months). Timepoint: The measurement is to be conducted only once at the end of the study (at the end of month 4). (Note: Due to the high cost of this test and to ensure comparability of results, an HbA1c test within 45 days before the intervention start is required as part of the entry criteria).”. Method of measurement: subject's blood test.;Body mass index(BMI),calculated as weight divided by height squared and obtained through measuring the individual's height and weight. Timepoint: 3 times: baseline,2 months, and 4 months later. Method of measurement: Height is measured with a stadiometer and weight with a digital scale, then BMI is calculated and recorded.;The score obtained from Scherer's General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire (Mediating variable). Timepoint: 2 times: baseline, 4 months later. Method of measurement: Scherer's General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire.
