Inclusion criteria: Cooperation and participation in the research Ability to use a mobile phone and a social network

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing either the pre-test or post-test session History of psychiatric disorders and sedative use

MeasureTime frame
Perceived stress score measured by the Cohen Perceived Stress Scale. This score is a quantitative numerical variable ranging from zero to 56, where a higher score indicates a higher level of perceived stress. Timepoint: This outcome is measured at two time points: before the intervention (pre test) and after the intervention (post test on the day of kidney biopsy). Method of measurement: The method of measuring the variable is the use of the Cohen Perceived Stress Scale. This scale has 14 items and its scoring is based on a five point Likert scale from zero (never) to four (very high). The final score ranges from zero to 56, where a higher score indicates a higher level of perceived stress.
