Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gender and Age: Healthy elderly women aged 65-75 years. Cognitive Status: Minimum score of 24 on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) to assess cognitive health. Willingness to Participate: Willingness to participate in the study and be randomly assigned to study groups Questionnaire Requirements: Fulfillment of the General Health Questionnaire and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire requirements Health Conditions: Absence of acute or chronic disabling diseases that are incompatible with exercise, and no contraindication from a specialist physician for performing exercise. Exclusion from Other Activities: No participation in regular sports activities other than the interventions in the current study. Informed Consent: Completion of the informed consent form and voluntary, conscious participation in the study. Functional Independence: Functional independence and ability to perform daily living activities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: the existence of any medical and ethical prohibition to participate in training ( cognitive , visual , hearing , cardiac and sensory and sensory motor skills ) not to complete the research tests . voluntarily withdrawing from continuing research in the training sessions ( absence of three consecutive sessions in practice sessions or having five alternate sessions ) . incidence of any problems that impede the continuation of the study .
