Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing Employment in one of the adult wards of Imam Khomeini Hospital in Jiroft Having at least 6 months of clinical work experienceWillingness and informed consent to participate in the study and signing the consent form Not having participated in training courses related to elder abuse or attitudes toward aging in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence from more than one session of the training sessionsFailure to fully complete the questionnaires at the pre-test, post-test, or follow-upstages Voluntary withdrawal from participation in the study at any stage

Change in nurses’ knowledge score regarding elder abuseChange in nurses’ attitude score regarding elder abuseChange in nurses’ practice score regarding elder abuseChange in nurses’ attitude score toward aging. Timepoint: To determine and compare the scores before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: A questionnaire on nurses’ knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding elder abuse will be used, and the Kogan Attitudes Toward Old People Scale will be used to measure the attitude variable.
