Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Premenopausal women aged 18 to 40 years Diagnosis of endometrial polyp smaller than 1.5 cm confirmed by transvaginal ultrasound Having abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) for less than 6 months Providing written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe underlying diseases limiting hormonal therapy (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular disease, thromboembolic disease) History of endometrial hyperplasia or atypical lesions Hormonal treatment within the previous 3 months Pregnancy or lactation Known allergy to dydrogesterone or oral contraceptive pill (OCP)
